Former SEC Head Says President Should Investigate Pay-To-Play

The former head of the Securities and Exchange Commission said that President Barack Obama should empower a panel to investigate pay-to-play at public pension funds. "It’s a national disgrace," former SEC chairman Arthur Levitt said. "It’s pervasive. It’s in pension funds all around America, and people are being badly hurt by this." (Bloomberg)
